This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you and Enfrag. By accessing or using any part of Enfrag, you agree to comply with this Agreement. This includes future modifications, which may be made at any time and will become effective immediately upon posting.

We reserve the right to update our legal and business status at any time, including registering as a commercial entity, without prior notice.

3. Description of Services

Enfrag offers an online platform that includes:

• A digital community for interaction, chat, voting, and participation
• Hosting and access to online multiplayer game servers
• Features such as Points and Credits to reward participation
• Integration with third-party tools, such as Discord

4. Sign-Up and Age Restrictions

Enfrag currently offers sign-up and access exclusively through Discord. As Discord does not verify age during registration, Enfrag cannot guarantee the age of its users.

While we do not knowingly collect data from minors, you must be at least the minimum required age according to your jurisdiction. If we discover a user is under the required age, their account may be terminated and data deleted.

We reserve the right to modify our registration flow and age verification policies at any time.

5. Privacy

Your use of Enfrag is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected. By using Enfrag, you consent to the practices described therein.

6. Use, Storage, and Access

We may impose limitations on:

• Storage space per user
• Retention period of content
• Activity thresholds to maintain an account

Inactive accounts may be removed without prior notice. Enfrag is not responsible for any loss or deletion of data and may alter these policies at any time.

7. User Conduct

By using Enfrag, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Share harmful, unlawful, offensive, or obscene content
• Harass or impersonate other users
• Spread spam, malware, or solicitations
• Disrupt or interfere with platform functionality

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other action at our sole discretion.

8. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts for:

• Violation of this Agreement
• Inactivity
• Conduct deemed harmful to the community or platform

All Points and Credits are forfeited upon account termination. Enfrag assumes no liability for loss of content or digital items upon account removal.

9. Points and Credits

Enfrag offers two forms of digital incentives:

• Points: Non-monetary indicators of activity and reputation.
• Credits: Tokens with potential real-world value, but not currently purchasable, exchangeable, or withdrawable.

All Points and Credits:

• Remain the property of Enfrag
• Are non-transferable and non-refundable
• May be adjusted or revoked at any time
• Are forfeited on account termination or service shutdown

Users have no ownership or legal claim over these virtual assets.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Enfrag is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We make no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous availability
• Freedom from errors or viruses
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Use is at your own risk. Legal limitations may vary by jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Enfrag harmless from claims arising from:

• Your content
• Your use or misuse of Enfrag
• Your breach of this Agreement

Enfrag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Third-Party Content

Links to external sites do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party platforms, including Discord.

13. Intellectual Property

All Enfrag content, including visuals, text, and source code is owned by Enfrag or its licensors. You may:

• View and temporarily cache content
• Make one personal copy for non-commercial use

You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Dutch law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

Disputes will be handled exclusively by the Dutch courts unless resolved informally.

15. Referral Program

We may, at our sole discretion, operate a User Referral Program (“Referral Program”) that allows existing users (“Referring Users”) to invite new users (“Referred Users”) and potentially earn rewards.

• Eligibility & Rewards: Both the Referring User and the Referred User may receive non-monetary rewards, Points, Credits, or other benefits as determined solely by Enfrag. Rewards are not guaranteed and may vary by promotion, user status, or other criteria.

• Ownership & Control: All rewards, Points, Credits, and related benefits remain the sole property of Enfrag. Users do not gain ownership or any vested rights in such rewards. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money or other consideration.

• Modification & Termination: Enfrag reserves the unrestricted right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or any individual’s participation at any time, with or without notice. Rewards may be revoked, withheld, or adjusted at Enfrag’s discretion.

• Fraud & Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or misuse the Referral Program (including self-referrals, use of fake accounts, or other dishonest activity) may result in disqualification, revocation of rewards, and account suspension or termination.

• No Liability: Enfrag assumes no liability for loss, delay, error, or failure relating to the Referral Program. Participation is voluntary and at the user’s own risk.
